Kendrick Lamar and SZA set to make their Wales debuts at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium this summer.

Fresh off the heels of their Super Bowl performance, Kendrick Lamar and SZA have announced they’re bringing the Grand National Tour to Wales this summer. Specifically the pair will play the country for the first time when they take to the stage at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on July 19th.
Kendrick has worked his way up through UK lineups over the last decade, including headline performances at Glastonbury and Reading alongside multiple arena tours. His Welsh debut, however, will see him graduate to UK stadiums for the first time, where he’ll also play Birmingham’s Villa Park, Glasgow’s Hampden Park and London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. SZA is an established heavyweight in her own right, coming off the back of sold-out UK arena tours, Hyde Park, and her own Glastonbury Headline slot.
The Grand National Tour will once again see Kendrick Lamar and his former TDE label mate SZA team up. Last night, viewers witnessed the pair perform their collaborations ‘Luther’ and ‘All Of The Stars’ on the world’s biggest stage at the Super Bowl.
The concert is the latest in a string of high-profile shows this year, once again for Principality Stadium. It joins a packed schedule that will include the first Oasis comeback concert, Lana Del Rey, Stereophonics, and Catfish and the Bottlemen.
TICKETS: Various pre-sales available Wednesday, 12th February through 13th February. General on-sale starts Friday, 14th February at 9 am local time on grandnationaltour.com
